Guide to Ordering

For those new to ordering online or new to ordering from our store, please review/print out this sheet. This is a simple step by step guide to ordering from our store.

For this shopping experience, we will be purchasing 1 Master Twister with Basket Attachment, 3 bundles of 1/4" square bar”, and 10 B1 Eagle stampings.

First click button on left side of store for area you wish to view – for example Metal Twisters (picket twister). All Twisters available appear so click on the Master Twister with Basket Attachment.
Once clicked it takes you to the items individual page where you will see a button labeled “(add to My Cart)” - you may have to scroll down to see this button. Click this button.
A box appears showing it is working on your request. Once box disappears, you can proceed to the next item you wish to purchase which in this case are 3 bundles of 1/4" square bar.

Item 1 is now in shopping cart

Now on the left hand side of the store click on the button labeled “Metal”.

Once you click the “Metal” button it takes you to a page listing 5 categories of metal (FLAT STRIP METAL, solid ROUND ROD, solid SQUARE BAR, TUBING (round & square), and Steel Plates).

Click on "solid SQUARE BAR" and then click on 1/4” square bar x 39-45” item.

That takes you to the 1/4” square bar individual page where you want to click the “(add to My Cart)” button. A box appears showing it is working on your request. Once box disappears, you can proceed to the next item you wish to purchase which in this case are 10 B1 Eagles. 2 items with a quantity of 1 each are now in your shopping cart. You can either click the view My Cart button and change the quantity for the 1/4" square bar to 3 or wait and do all the quantity changes at one time right before checkout. For this exercise we will change all the quantities all at the end of our shopping.

Item 2 is now in shopping cart

Now click the button on the left hand side that says "Metal Stampings".
Next click the button that says "Birds". This takes you to the area where you will find all the birds we carry in stock.
Click the B1 Eagle item. That takes you to the B1 Eagle individual page where you will click the “(add to My Cart)” button.
After clicking that button a box appears showing it is working on your request.

Item 3 is now in shopping cart

Once box disappears, you can proceed to the next item you wish to purchase or since we are done and ready to checkout, click the view My Cart button. This will take you to your shopping cart where you will see the Master Twister with Basket Attachment quantity of 1, the 1/4” square bar x 48” quantity of 1, and the B1 Eagle listed with quantity of 1.

Both the 1/4" square bar and the B1 Eagle will need to have their quantities changed. This is easy to do as you just highlight the quantity you want to change and type in the correct quantity. Do this for both items. Next hit the update cart button so a corrected total is shown.

Your shopping basket will reappear showing the corrected quantities and total.

Now that all the items you want are shown in your shopping cart, fill out the Shipping Information area, the Billing Information area, and Other Information area. Next click the "Continue" button. A review of your order will appear. Check over your order and then click the "Send Order" button.

Your order has now been sent to Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. Your order will be shipped normally 1 to 2 business days after receipt.
