Naturally, you may weld your projects BUT on some projects you may choose to use solid rivets, nuts & bolts, or pop rivets.

Riveting provides a quick, safe, and easy way of joining metal strip together. Riveting gives the finished job an authentic and traditional appearance.

Our rivets are an annealed/mild flat head steel rivet which makes them easy to work with.

To determine the length of rivet needed for your item - allow approx. 1/16"-1/8" inch beyond the thickness of the pieces you are putting together. (please note - when using a rivet in a scrolled area, the required length of rivet may vary over 2 straight pieces of the same thickness).

For example:

2 pieces of 3/32" thickness = 1/4" long rivet
4 pieces of 3/32" thickness = 3/8" long rivet
2 pieces of 1/8" thickness = 5/16" long rivet
3 pieces of 1/8" thickness = 1/2" long rivet
2 pieces of 3/16" thickness = 1/2" long rivet
