Metalcraft twisters give you the means to achieve consistent and even spaced twists in flat metal strip and solid square bar.

PRACTICAL TWISTER with ADAPTOR SPECIFICATIONS:

Maximum working capacity	3/4" x 1/8" (flat metal strip) 3/8" (solid square bar)
Length of twist possible	Min. 3 1/8" Max. 38 1/2" - longer twists can be achieved by moving twisted section through the machine and then twisting the next section.

PRACTICAL TWISTER ADAPTOR (comes with Practical Twister)

This Special Boss & Slide Unit can be fitted in place of the standard collar to allow rapid twisting - a feature of particular importance if having to make repeated twists. The slotted collar also allows twists to be inserted in a length of flat strip which has scrolls already formed at each end. (Practical Twister Adaptor maximum working capacity: 3/4" x 1/8" (flat strip only). Length of Twist possible: Min. 1" Max. 37")

EASY TO USE - NO PRE-HEATING OF METAL REQUIRED TO TWIST.

To use simply clamp material in collar and set required length of twist by moving slider and clamping in position.
Twist handles as required and then release twisted length from the collar

All tools are supplied with operating instructions. Please note that the maximum working capacity stated is for Hot Rolled Material or Annealed metal. Working beyond these limits or with material of greater hardness may reduce the operational life of the tool.
