MK 2/3 Scroll Bender with tube components

MK2/3 SCROLL BENDER SPECIFICATIONS:

Maximum working capacity	3/4" x 1/8" (flat metal strip) 1/8" (solid round rod)
Max. scroll size	4 3/8" (for flat metal strip) - the maximum scroll size quoted is approximate due to the varying temper (spring) of steel.
Dimensions	6"w x 9"d x 4 3/4"h x 8 1/4" (handle radius). Boxed Weight: 8 lbs.
Max. tube dimensions	3/8" O.D. Recommended wall thickness 1/32". Dia. of tube former segment (inner diameter of formed tube) 1 15/16"

EASY TO USE - NO PRE-HEATING OF METAL REQUIRED WHEN SCROLLING

Hinged segments are opened out and end of metal strip is placed into center segment and gripped by means of locking bar mechanism (picture 1).
Metal is positioned to right of special pressure roller which ensures material is drawn into center as T-bar handle is operated to form scroll (picture 2).
Handle is rotated to form scroll of required size. When finished, unlock center to release scroll (picture 3).

All tools are supplied with operating instructions. Please note that the maximum working capacity stated is for Hot Rolled Material or Annealed metal. Working beyond these limits or with material of greater hardness may reduce the operational life of the tool.
